Chicken Alfredo Roll-Ups


What You'll Need: 
  • 8 Lasagna Noodles
  • 1 1/2 Cups Alfredo Sauce
  • 2 Cooked Shredded Chicken Breasts
  • Garlic Salt
  • Oregano 
  • 2 1/4 Cup of Shredded Mozzarella 

Steps:
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. Grease a large oven safe pan (I used a pyrex) with cooking spray, and then line the bottom with 1/2 cup of alfredo sauce. 
  3. Cook the lasagna noodles, drain, rinse and lay out on paper towels to cool and dry. 
  4. Spread 1 Tbsp of Alfredo Sauce down each noodle. 
  5. Evenly distribute the shredded chicken among the noodles. 
  6. Put a dash of Garlic Salt and Oregano on each noodle. 
  7. Spread 1/4 cup of mozzarella on each noodle. 
  8. Carefully roll up each noodle. 
  9. Set each roll onto the pan seam-side down
  10. Put 1 Tbsp of Alfredo sauce on top of each roll
  11. Sprinkle a total of 1/4 cup of cheese evenly onto the rolls
  12. Sprinkle rolls with Oregano
  13. Bake for 30 minutes
