- 4 TBSP Cream Cheese
- 1 1/2 TSP Pesto (Homemade or store bought)
- 2 TSP Milk
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan + 2 tsp
- 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella + 1/2 cup
- Dried Oregano
- 2 Cups shredded chicken (cooked, seasoned with garlic powder)
- 2 Flatbreads
Steps:
- Pre-heat the oven to 425 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, pesto, milk, and 2 TSP of parmesan.
- Add chicken to the mixture
- On the flatbreads, sprinkle 1/4 cup mozzarella onto each flat bread.
- Evenly divide the chicken mixture between the two flatbreads and spread, but leave a little space for the crust!
- Sprinkle with dried oregano
- Top each flatbread with 1/2 cup mozzarella, and 1/4 cup of parmesan.
- Bake for 10 minutes, and then turn off heat.
- Keep flat breads in the oven for another five minutes.
