Creamy Pesto Flatbread Pizza

What You'll Need:
  • 4 TBSP Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/2 TSP Pesto (Homemade or store bought)
  • 2 TSP Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan + 2 tsp 
  • 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella + 1/2 cup
  • Dried Oregano 
  • 2 Cups shredded chicken (cooked, seasoned with garlic powder) 
  • 2 Flatbreads
Steps: 
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In  a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, pesto, milk, and 2 TSP of parmesan. 
  3. Add chicken to the mixture
  4. On the flatbreads, sprinkle 1/4 cup mozzarella onto each flat bread. 
  5. Evenly divide the chicken mixture between the two flatbreads and spread, but leave a little space for the crust! 
  6. Sprinkle with dried oregano
  7. Top each flatbread with 1/2 cup mozzarella, and 1/4 cup of parmesan. 
  8. Bake for 10 minutes, and then turn off heat.
  9. Keep flat breads in the oven for another five minutes. 
  10. Enjoy!
