What You'll Need:
- 8 Lasagna Noodles
- 1 1/2 Cups Alfredo Sauce
- 2 Cooked Shredded Chicken Breasts
- Garlic Salt
- Oregano
- 2 1/4 Cup of Shredded Mozzarella
Steps:
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a large oven safe pan (I used a pyrex) with cooking spray, and then line the bottom with 1/2 cup of alfredo sauce.
- Cook the lasagna noodles, drain, rinse and lay out on paper towels to cool and dry.
- Spread 1 Tbsp of Alfredo Sauce down each noodle.
- Evenly distribute the shredded chicken among the noodles.
- Put a dash of Garlic Salt and Oregano on each noodle.
- Spread 1/4 cup of mozzarella on each noodle.
- Carefully roll up each noodle.
- Set each roll onto the pan seam-side down
- Put 1 Tbsp of Alfredo sauce on top of each roll
- Sprinkle a total of 1/4 cup of cheese evenly onto the rolls
- Sprinkle rolls with Oregano
- Bake for 30 minutes
